Laboratory Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on tasks from process development to GMP manufacturing.
• Perform lab procedures.
• Document all processing activities accurately and maintain records.
• Handle routine lab maintenance and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Assist in creating and revising general and technical SOPs, as well as batch records and study-specific procedures.
• Follow detailed instructions with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comply with all safety, SOP, and company policy standards.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts and SOP updates with management and QA.
• Collect and help analyze process data for metrics and trends.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related science degree
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to perform tasks
• Mammalian Cell Culture experience, preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Time management and project management skills
• Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
