Process Technician

Job Description

• Clean, assemble, and set up production equipment; perform machine setups and changeovers according to schedule.

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to help meet daily and weekly production goals.

• Provide guidance and training to team members on safe and proper equipment use.

• Perform basic mechanical repairs and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.

• Learn and follow detailed operation procedures for various production equipment and processes.

• Monitor and maintain accurate measurements related to product quality and process performance.

• Manage inventory of materials and supplies needed for production activities.

• Understand product specifications and assist in maintaining quality control documentation.

• Record production data and maintain accurate logs.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and ensure proper handling of materials.

• Promote workplace safety by identifying hazards and following safety procedures.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with machine setup and operation.

• Familiarity with production equipment and basic mechanical skills.

• Ability to learn and follow standard operating procedures.

• Knowledge of safety standards in a production setting.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with others.
