Laboratory Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and accurately log incoming samples and packages.
• Ensure samples are properly labeled, documented, and stored according to protocol.
• Prepare samples for analysis by following detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Track sample locations and maintain an organized inventory system.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely and efficient processing of samples.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including the proper disposal of packaging materials.
• Operate and maintain equipment used for sample processing and storage.
• Assist with quality control checks to ensure sample integrity and accuracy.
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations related to sample handling and processing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols accurately.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages and samples as needed.
