Production Technician

Job Description:

• Perform hands-on assembly, labeling, and packaging of diagnostic or sample collection kits according to detailed SOPs
• Prepare components and materials for production including labeling vials, packing boxes, and sealing kits
• Maintain cleanroom or controlled environment protocols including gowning, sanitization, and equipment handling
• Complete all production documentation accurately, including batch records, labels, and inventory logs
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure product quality and team safety
• Assist with inventory management, supply restocking, and workstation organization
• Communicate with team leads or supervisors regarding any issues with materials, process deviations, or equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or technical degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production (biotech, lab, or pharma a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
