Production Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble small components into finished medical devices using tools and written work instructions.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Document work accurately and maintain good manufacturing practices.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards in a controlled production environment.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors about any issues or improvements.
• Read and interpret basic measurements and instructions in English.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or active pursuit of one).
• Ability to work with hands for extended periods of time and handle small parts.
• Comfortable working in a structured, team-oriented setting.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
