Senior Quality Control Chemist

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality testing of intermediate and finished products using various analytical techniques and instrumentation, following written procedures.

• Conduct sampling, physical testing, and chemical testing of products in accordance with documented procedures, with minimal supervision, adhering to cGMP guidelines.

• HPLC, LCMS, GC, pH meter, and ICP

• Perform assigned calibrations and preventative maintenance for laboratory equipment.
  
  

• Conduct analyses and prepare reports summarizing results.

• Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust laboratory equipment as necessary.

• Review analytical data generated by other team members for accuracy.

• Clearly and accurately communicates the results of work by accurate documentation of the testing/analysis & acquired results

• Records and reports results of analysis in accordance with prescribed lab procedures & systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.

• 5-10 years of experience needed.

• Demonstrated experience in analytical chemistry techniques.

• Knowledge of cGMP guidelines and experience working in a regulated environment.

• Ability to independently perform testing and analysis with minimal supervision.
