Job Responsibilities:
Lead cloud-based identity and device management initiatives, including account provisioning, mobile device security, and conditional access policies.
Architect and support infrastructure across production, lab, and facilities systems in a regulated environment.
Provide Tier 2+ support for escalated issues not resolved by the external helpdesk provider.
Manage systems documentation, lifecycle updates, and audit-readiness activities in line with internal and external compliance standards.
Oversee endpoint configuration, access governance, and patching strategies for enterprise systems.
Serve as the primary technical lead for local infrastructure, liaising with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA/QC, facilities) to deliver sustainable solutions.
Coordinate infrastructure-related project workstreams with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Mentor junior IT personnel and drive knowledge sharing across teams.
Ensure secure and stable operation of IT systems in a highly regulated (GxP) environment.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
5+ years managing Microsoft cloud platforms, including Azure AD, Intune, MDM, Teams, and SharePoint.
Expertise in troubleshooting and supporting Windows-based endpoints and servers.
Experience working with helpdesk operations and guiding resolution workflows.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (GMP, FDA, GxP) and documentation requirements.
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell preferred), system security, and IT lifecycle management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Advanced certifications in Microsoft technologies or IT process frameworks strongly preferred.
