Senior Global IT Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with global teams to implement infrastructure hardening projects and respond to security assessments.
• Provide advanced technical support (Tier 2/3) for complex incidents across production environments.
• Troubleshoot systems, software, and specialized manufacturing devices in coordination with local and remote stakeholders.
• Configure, support, and document infrastructure components, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, InTune, and cloud integration tools.
• Assist in the deployment of standardized workflows within service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Provide feedback on plant-specific needs, update procedures, and help onboard new technologies.
• Participate in critical incident response efforts tied to business continuity or manufacturing downtime.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and IT security protocols.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure, Group Policy).
• Familiarity with DNS, remote support tools, endpoint configuration, and vulnerability management practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and coordinate resolution efforts across teams.
• Understanding of regulated environments (FDA, GMP, etc.) and the unique requirements of manufacturing IT systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills; able to work independently with minimal oversight.
