Operations Supervisor

Indianapolis $80,000 - $110,000 Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in the implementation and sustainability of the visual inspection program.
  • Develop, train, and lead a team of inspectors to meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Establish visual inspection specifications to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Create and manage process procedures related to inspection and packaging activities.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for visual inspection and packaging technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of inspection and packaging operations on 3rd shift.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical inspection, packaging, or related manufacturing support.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to pass vision and health screening assessments, including annual eye checks.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques, inspection protocols, and packaging best practices.
  • Knowledge of regulatory expectations and current trends in visual inspection and packaging.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
