Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support and lead projects involving the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and control panels to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes (e.g., NEC), industry regulations, and internal safety standards.
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, maintenance, validation, and quality teams to implement system improvements and support operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including schematics, layouts, change records, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to execute projects within budget and timeline.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 4–6 years of experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience with low-voltage power systems, control panels, PLCs, motor controls, and instrumentation.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other electrical design software preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, or other regulated industry standards is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and communication.
