Lab Technician

Job Description

• Operate a range of laboratory instruments and equipment used in chemical and physical testing
• Prepare chemical solutions according to standardized procedures and formulas
• Perform routine analysis of materials during production to support quality and process control
• Assist in maintaining production schedules by providing timely and accurate testing support
• Record and manage laboratory data in internal systems with attention to detail
• Conduct testing on environmental samples related to waste and material handling
• Monitor trends and compile data to support continuous improvement efforts
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines and protocols
• Keep laboratory work areas clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned by laboratory leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred — or equivalent relevant lab experience
• Familiarity with standard laboratory procedures, tools, and testing techniques
• Competent computer skills, including experience with data entry and basic reporting
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or quality-focused laboratory setting is a plus
