Lab Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory-based research and testing to support a variety of scientific projects.
• Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, and LCMS.
• Perform sample analysis to support impurity identification and structural elucidation.
• Prepare samples, test physical properties, and support small-scale formulation or scale-up activities depending on lab focus.
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Accurately document results and maintain organized records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on laboratory experience. Instrumentation experience (HPLC, GC, LCMS) strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of lab procedures, chemical handling, and analytical methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
