Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Life Sciences Recruiter to lead and manage a team of remote recruiters in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will oversee the full life cycle of our scientific recruitment operations while partnering with various Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies across the country. You will implement tailored strategies and deliver best-in-class solutions to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include recruiting top talent, building strong relationships within our carefully selected markets, and mentoring your team to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of remote recruiters, providing guidance and support in recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies to develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Drive full life cycle recruitment, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with top talent in the Life Sciences sector.
• Foster a competitive and results-oriented team culture focused on achieving targets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Life Sciences sector.
• A genuine passion for entrepreneurship and a high level of business acumen.
