Position Overview:
The Director of Enterprise Client Services will be a key driver in our sales team, responsible for both generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships. This role involves selling our SOW Managed Services and general staffing solutions through MSP providers. The ideal candidate will spend 80% of their time selling and 20% mentoring junior salespeople, ensuring the continued growth and development of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development (80%):
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Fortune 500 pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Present and sell Harba's lab and engineering services, including SOW Managed Services and general staffing solutions.
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Harba's market presence.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Mentoring and Team Development (20%):
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members.
    • Share best practices and industry insights to help develop sales skills and knowledge.
    • Assist in onboarding and training new sales staff.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Travel:
    • Travel to client sites across the US as required (approximately 35% of the time).
    • Visit Harba's corporate headquarters in Indianapolis periodically.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.
  • Experience with SOW Managed Services and staffing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in mentoring or leading sales teams is a plus.
