Materials Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform material picking, sampling and transfer into production for R&D and GMP Manufacturing.
• Act as point person for raw material receiving and sampling according to SOPS/WI and Material Specifications
• Proactively work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical Operations to ensure day-to-day operations runs as scheduled.
• Update inventory databases.
• Review of executed batch records.
• Assist in procurement and resupply of packaging materials, APIs, and all raw materials.
• Support in managing internal and external inventory control system(s) and reconciliation.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Support logistics operations, as needed.

 Qualifications:

• 2-5 Years of industry experience desired.
• Hands-on manufacturing operations skills a plus.
• GMP experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to follow and execute instructions.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
