You do not have any PTO if you are on contract, however, if you do have a reason you will be out- you need to contact your recruiter to let them know and then speak with your direct manager to make sure that time-off is approved. Once approved, you can take time off, but the time off will not be paid.
You will go directly to your recruiter and they will be able to answer or send you any paperwork that you may need to look through about your benefit options.

Eligibility
Employees are eligible for benefits following 90 days of employment. Benefit elections cannot be changed unless an employee has a Qualifying Event or during Open Enrollment for an effective date of March 1
Medical Insurance
Harba offers medical insurance through UnitedHealthcare. The plan has national coverage through the Choice Plus network and includes out of network coverage.
Harba contributes 50% of the employee only cost of the plan. Employee costs are payroll deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Dental & Vision Coverage
Harba offers dental and vision coverage through Guardian. Both the dental & vision plans offer national access networks.
Coverage is employee paid on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions.

Open incognito window in computer
Use the link: https://workforcenow.cloud.adp.com/
Enter User ID and click Forgot Your Password
Enter the Email or Mobile Number shared with employer > click next
Select the option to confirm identity
Enter Verification Code > click submit
There will be the option to sign in now or create a new password.
Please log in to your ADP account > Tax Withholding > Make the necessary edits.
W-2s are mailed at the end of January for the prior calendar year. If you have not received your W-2, then it is because most likely your address on ADP was incorrect or outdated. You can also obtain your W-2 by logging in to your ADP account. Please see below for accessing your account:

New hires are eligible for Health, Vision, & Dental benefits immediately following the 90 days of employment. 401k is available for enrollment on the date of hire.
Your medical, dental, and/or vision will end on your last day of employment. You may be eligible to elect COBRA for yourself and your eligible dependents for medical, dental, and vision coverage. Our COBRA administrator is BBP Admin, will mail you a COBRA letter directly, and to whom you will be responsible for paying COBRA premiums.
