Gabby Trier is an emerging leader in talent solutions for the life sciences industry, specializing in serving biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and agriscience companies. Recently promoted to Associate Managing Consultant, she now oversees the North Carolina region for Harba Solutions, where she plays a key role in expanding the firm's impact. In her role, Gabby leads the Life Sciences sector, partnering closely with clients across the state to deliver highly specialized hiring and consulting solutions tailored to their critical talent needs. Known for her strategic mindset and dedication to long-term partnerships, she is passionate about connecting innovative companies with top-tier talent to drive meaningful change.

Gabby’s career trajectory has been marked by rapid growth. She was promoted through three roles in under a year: Associate Consultant to Consultant in 4 months, Consultant to Senior Consultant in 3 months, and Senior Consultant to Associate Managing Consultant in just 2 months. Recognized as Harba Solutions’ Rookie of the Year in 2024 for her outstanding performance and leadership potential, Gabby is driven to continue making an impact in the life sciences space. She graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Outside of work, Gabby enjoys Pilates, exploring new restaurants, spending time with friends, being outdoors, and going to the beach.
