Associate Managing Consultant at Harba Scientific, Emma focuses on production roles within the life sciences industry, working closely with clients across Southern Indiana and the broader Indiana region. She joined Harba in February 2025, playing a key role in matching top talent with client needs in the production space.
Before joining Harba, Emma worked in basketball for Adidas grassroots, a program designed to develop high-talent high school athletes and help them gain exposure. This role provided her with the opportunity to travel globally and develop strong skills in communication, adaptability, and working under pressure. Emma graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Communications. She loved her time in Lexington and frequently travels back to visit old friends and support Kentucky football and basketball.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her three dogs, attending Solidcore classes, and participating in outdoor activities like wake surfing, skiing, and supporting the Kentucky Wildcats. She’s also a regular at Keeneland in April and October, which has become one of her favorite Kentucky traditions.
